Refunds
SXAH charges are one-off Stripe payments: Random $1 for 1 hour on a drop the server picks (usually a picture; keep buying $1 in that hour — after $5 a clip can land, not guaranteed), or $24 for 24 hours (a random 30 published posts). Live $24 members can pay extra $1 packs for 30 more posts at a time (30 = $1, 60 = $2, …) until the catalog has no more posts. Stories are not in that count. There is no subscription to cancel.
One-off payments are non-refundable
Because access starts as soon as payment clears and the window is short, these charges are non-refundable. That is the same rule shown on the Stripe checkout line item.
If a charge looks wrong, or access failed
Email [email protected] with the email on the account and the Stripe receipt (or the last four of the card and the approximate time). We will look at duplicate charges, a payment that went through when unlock did not, and similar mistakes.
Chargebacks through the bank should be a last resort — write us first so we can check the payment and the unlock.
